Kaapelinhallintapaneeli Extralink 6001 — teräskotelo, musta

Extralink Cable management panel 6001 is a 1U cable organizer with a steel housing in a black finish, designed for 19" racks and wall-mounted installations. It provides structured routing and mounting points for network and power cabling, enabling orderly horizontal cable runs and tidy exit of patchcords from active devices. The panel is compatible with both copper and fiber optic cables and is intended for use in IT cabinets, server rooms and network closets where a durable metal solution is required.

Advantages

The Extralink 6001 offers a compact 1U form factor that preserves valuable rack space while delivering robust steel construction for long-term durability. Its five metal supports guide cables smoothly, reduce stress on connectors and help maintain signal integrity by preventing sharp bends. The black finish provides a neutral appearance that integrates with standard rack equipment and helps keep cabling visually organized.

Suitable for

• 19" server racks and network cabinets
• Server rooms and data closets
• Routing patchcords between switches and patch panels
• Managing horizontal copper and fiber optic cable runs
• Wall-mounted network installations requiring a 1U cable organizer

Key specifications

• Form factor: 1U height for standard 19" racks
• Material: steel housing for increased durability
• Finish: black
• Cable routing: horizontal arrangement with five metal supports
• Mounting: butt-mounted to rack rails

How to use

Install the Extralink 6001 into a standard 19" rack by securing it butt-mounted to the rack rails at the desired 1U position. Route patchcords or horizontal runs through the five metal supports to guide cables from one side of the rack to the other or to organize cables exiting active device ports. Ensure cables follow gentle curves to avoid kinking and keep strain relief near connectors when possible. The panel accommodates both copper and fiber optic cables; treat fiber cables with standard care to avoid excessive bending.

Recommendations

Use cable ties or Velcro straps sparingly and only at attachment points to keep bundles secure without compressing cables. Maintain proper bend radius for fiber and copper cabling and distribute cable weight across multiple support points to prevent stress on connectors and patch panels.
