Kaapelinhallintarengas Triton D3 40x80mm

The Triton Cable Management Ring D3 is a polished stainless steel ring designed for tidy cable routing in 19" racks and similar installations. With an overall width of 40 mm and depth of 80 mm, this silver-finished cable ring provides a compact and robust solution for organizing patch cords, preventing tangling and reducing strain on connectors. The durable stainless steel construction makes it suitable for continuous use in server rooms, network cabinets and professional AV racks.

Advantages

The polished stainless steel construction offers corrosion resistance and mechanical strength while maintaining a low-profile appearance. Its 40×80 mm footprint fits standard rack spaces without obstructing adjacent equipment, and the smooth surface minimizes abrasion on cable jackets. The open ring shape allows quick insertion and removal of patch cords, supporting efficient reconfiguration and maintenance.

Suitable for

• Routing and organizing patch cords in 19" server racks and network cabinets
• Managing cables in professional AV and broadcast racks
• Reducing cable strain and tangling behind patch panels

Key specifications

• Material: polished stainless steel
• Finish: silver, polished
• Width: 40 mm
• Depth: 80 mm
• Designed for mounting in 19" rack environments

How to use

Mount the cable management ring at the desired position on the rack or cabinet, ensuring secure attachment to available mounting points. Route patch cords and network cables through the ring so they follow a controlled path and avoid sharp bends near connectors. For frequent reconfiguration, use the ring to group related cables and label them at entry points to the patch panel for easier identification.

Recommendations

Install rings at regular intervals along cable runs to distribute weight and reduce stress on connectors. Avoid overfilling the ring; maintain a single layer of cables where possible to preserve airflow and prevent overheating in densely populated racks.
