Kaapelipuristinpihdit-sarja ShiverPeaks BS18-25001 musta

The ShiverPeaks BS18-25001 Black cable crimper tool set is a handheld solution designed for crimping cable terminals and connectors in electrical and installation work. The set provides the essential mechanical function to compress terminal sleeves onto conductors, creating secure electrical and mechanical connections for single or multi-core cables. Its compact form and manual operation make it suitable for use where powered tools are impractical.

Advantages

The tool set offers precise mechanical crimping action that helps ensure consistent contact and reliable terminations. Its ergonomic handle and balanced weight distribution reduce user fatigue during repeated operations. The black finish provides a professional appearance and can help resist minor surface wear. The set is portable and requires no external power source, enabling use in confined spaces and on-site installations.

Suitable for

• Crimping insulated and non-insulated cable terminals and connectors
• General electrical installation and maintenance tasks
• Automotive electrical repairs and wiring harness assembly
• Workshop and on-site electrical work where a compact, manual crimper is needed

Key specifications

• Tool type: manual cable crimper set for terminals and connectors
• Operation: hand-operated crimping mechanism
• Finish: black
• Intended cable types: single- and multi-core electrical cables suitable for terminal sleeves
• Portability: compact, handheld design for use in confined spaces and fieldwork

How to use

Strip the cable insulation to the appropriate length for the chosen terminal or connector, insert the conductor into the terminal sleeve, and position the sleeve in the jaw of the crimper. Squeeze the handles firmly and evenly until the crimp is completed, then release and inspect the termination for secure mechanical grip and electrical contact. Use the appropriate sleeve size and crimping position to match the conductor cross-section and terminal type. For repetitive work, maintain a consistent hand position and crimping pressure to achieve uniform results.

Recommendations

Use terminals and sleeves rated for the conductor cross-section and current load, and verify crimps visually and, when required, by pull tests or electrical continuity checks. Keep the crimper clean and free of debris; periodically inspect the jaws for wear and replace the tool if crimp quality deteriorates. Store the set in a dry place to prevent corrosion.
