Koskettimet (veitsiliitin) Harting SEK 09 18 550 50 napaa, 2 riviä

Harting SEK contact strip (messerleiste) model with 50 poles in 2 rows offers a compact multi-contact interface for electrical connector assemblies and cable harnesses. Designed for system integration and repair tasks, this contact strip provides a standardized format for signal and low-power distribution in compact enclosures and connector housings. The two-row 50‑pole layout concentrates multiple conductors in a single module, simplifying wiring and reducing assembly footprint.

Advantages

The two-row configuration enables high contact density while maintaining clear separation between circuits. Its rigid contact layout supports stable mating and reliable electrical connections in repeated connect/disconnect cycles. The contact strip is compatible with common Harting SEK housings and mounting options, allowing straightforward integration into existing connector systems. Its construction is suitable for use in confined spaces where a multi-contact solution is needed without extensive cabling.

Suitable for

• Integration into electrical connector assemblies and connector housings
• Repair and replacement of multi‑pole contact modules in cable harnesses
• Signal distribution and low‑power connections in control panels and industrial equipment
• Compact systems where space-saving multi-contact solutions are required

Key specifications

• Contact count: 50 poles arranged in 2 rows
• Configuration: dual‑row compact contact strip
• Application: multi-contact interface for signal and low-power circuits
• Mounting: designed for insertion into compatible connector housings and frames
• Mechanical: rigid contact carrier for stable mating and repeated use

How to use

Install the contact strip by aligning the two-row contact carrier with the mating connector housing or frame, then press into place until the contacts engage securely. Ensure correct orientation by matching the pin pattern to the mating counterpart. For assembly into cable harnesses, terminate wires or crimp contacts according to the harness design and verify each contact for continuity before final installation. During replacement, power down the equipment and document the wiring positions to preserve correct circuit mapping.

Recommendations

Verify compatibility with the intended Harting SEK housing and ensure contact alignment before applying power. Use appropriate tooling for insertion and removal to avoid deforming contacts. Follow standard electrostatic discharge (ESD) precautions and shelter the contact strip from corrosive environments to maintain reliable electrical performance.
