Kuitu-irtokytkentäkotelo helos Breakout Box kuitu 24 LC MM 1U räkkiasennettava

The helos Breakout Box LWL 24 LC MM 1U is a rack-mountable fiber optic breakout box that fits a 1U, 19" equipment rack and supports up to 24 multimode LC connections. It is designed to provide organized cable routing and clearly defined connection points for patching, testing and distribution in data centers, telecom closets and network racks. The panel reduces cable clutter and helps maintain consistent fiber management within limited rack space.

Advantages

The unit consolidates up to 24 LC multimode terminations into a single 1U footprint, enabling dense deployment without additional rack depth. Its rack-mountable design ensures stable installation and straightforward access for technicians. The breakout box facilitates orderly patching and testing by providing secure connection points and predictable cable pathways, which can reduce handling errors and simplify maintenance tasks.

Suitable for

• Data center fiber distribution and patching
• Telecom closets and central office racks
• Network cabinets in enterprise and campus environments
• Staging areas for fiber testing and temporary patching

Key specifications

• Format: 1U rack-mountable panel compatible with 19" racks
• Connector type: LC duplex multimode
• Number of connections: 24 LC multimode ports
• Application: fiber breakout, patching and distribution
• Cable management: organized routing and secure connection points

How to use

Install the breakout box into a standard 19" 1U rack space using the provided mounting points. Route multimode fiber assemblies through the panel and terminate or mate them to LC duplex adapters or pigtails as required by your cabling plan. Use the panel to centralize patching and testing operations; technicians can connect test equipment or patch cords to the LC ports for diagnostics and reconfiguration. Maintain bend radius and secure loose cabling to the rack to preserve link performance.

Recommendations

Place the breakout box in a location that allows easy front access for patching and testing while ensuring proper cable entry and strain relief from the rear. Use multimode fiber patch cords and LC connectors matched to your transceivers and follow standard installation practices to protect connector endfaces and maintain signal integrity.
