Kuitu-patchkaapeli CBO BlueOptics SFP3131GU7.5MK 7,5 m LC OM5 vihreä

CBO BlueOptics SFP3131GU7.5MK is a 7.5 m fiber optic patch cable with LC connectors and OM5 multimode fiber in a green jacket. It is intended for short-distance, high-speed multimode links in data centers, server rooms and telecom cabinets. The cable provides standardized LC terminations to ensure straightforward installation and stable signal transmission between SFP transceivers, patch panels and network switches.

Advantages

The OM5 multimode construction supports wideband multimode transmission and optimized performance for short-reach multimode applications. LC connectors provide a compact footprint and compatible mating with most SFP and SFP+ equipment. The cable’s 7.5 m length is suitable for typical rack-to-rack or rack-to-panel connections while the green jacket makes it easy to identify OM5 multimode links in mixed-cable environments.

How to use

Route the cable through the rack or cabinet avoiding sharp bends and areas of mechanical stress. Insert LC connectors into the corresponding LC ports on SFP transceivers, patch panels or switches until they click into place. Ensure proper polarity for duplex connections and secure excess cable to maintain minimum bend radius and prevent strain. When removing, depress the LC latch before pulling the connector straight out to avoid damaging the connector or port.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, keep connector end faces clean and inspect them with a fiber microscope if possible; use appropriate fiber cleaning tools before connection. Avoid bending the cable below the manufacturer’s recommended bend radius and protect connectors with dust caps when not in use.
