Kuitukaapeli Tecline 798LS00 LC SC OM4 0,5 m vaaleanpunainen violetti

The Tecline 798LS00 LC–SC OM4 fibre optic cable is a 0.5 m full duplex patch cable designed for short‑reach, high‑performance network links. It uses OM4 multimode fibre with a 50 µm core diameter to support high bandwidth and reliable data transmission. The cable features an LC connector on one end and an SC connector on the other, and comes in a pink and violet colour scheme for easy identification in dense cabling environments.

Advantages

OM4 fibre enables higher modal bandwidth and extended reach for multimode links compared with earlier OM standards, making the cable suitable for modern data centre and enterprise applications. The combination of LC and SC connectors provides compatibility with a wide range of active equipment and patch panels. With a 0.5 m length, the cable minimizes excess slack and helps keep patching areas tidy while maintaining full duplex transmission for simultaneous send and receive channels.

Suitable for

• Short‑reach interconnects in data centres and server rooms
• Patch panel to transceiver connections
• High‑density networking racks where colour coding improves identification
• Multimode OM4 links requiring LC to SC termination

Key specifications

• Length: 0.5 m
• Fibre type: OM4 multimode (50 µm core)
• Connector A: LC
• Connector B: SC
• Transmission: Full duplex (separate transmit and receive fibres)
• Colour: Pink and violet

How to use

Connect the LC end to the device or transceiver port that accepts LC connectors and the SC end to the corresponding SC socket on the patch panel or network device. Ensure connectors are clean and free of dust before insertion; use appropriate fibre cleaning tools if necessary. Insert each connector gently until it clicks or seats firmly to establish a stable optical connection. Route the cable without tight bends to avoid micro‑bending losses and secure it to avoid strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

Inspect and clean connector end faces before each use, avoid exceeding recommended bend radius, and store the cable coiled loosely when not in use. Use colour coding to document link functions in your rack or patch panel schematics to simplify maintenance.
