Kuitusovitin DELOCK 91023 monimuoto, muovi-POF-kaapeli 1,0 m, musta/sininen

The Delock HFBR 4531-4533Z fibre optic cable is a 1.0 m multi-mode plastic optical fibre (POF) assembly with HFBR-style simplex male connectors at both ends, supplied in black and blue. It is intended for short-range data links and is compatible with devices using Avago / Broadcom Versatile Link interfaces. Dust protection caps are included to keep the connector ends clean during handling and storage.

Advantages

This POF cable provides a simple, low-cost way to establish interference-resistant optical links for short distances. The 1 mm core plastic fibre is flexible and easy to handle, while the colour-coded connectors (black and blue) help identify transmit and receive ends. The included dust caps protect connector endfaces to maintain signal quality during storage or when not connected.

Suitable for

When it may not be suitable

This plastic optical fibre cable is designed for short-distance, multimode applications and is not suitable when single-mode, long-distance fibre links are required. It is not intended for environments that demand high-temperature resistance or ruggedised armouring.

Key specifications

How to use

Align the HFBR-style simplex connectors with the matching ports on the transmitter and receiver, then insert until the connector seats securely. Observe the colour coding to match transmit and receive ports as required. Keep the dust caps on the unused connector to protect the endface and remove them only before connection.

What to consider before purchase

Recommendations

Store with dust caps in place when not in use, avoid tight bends to prevent increased attenuation, and verify connector compatibility with the Avago / Broadcom Versatile Link ports before connecting.
