KWB 581557 pyörösahanterä 12,7 cm kovapuulle, muoville, vanerille, pehmeälle puulle

The KWB 581557 circular saw blade (Ø 127 mm, bore 12.7 mm) is a tungsten carbide tipped blade designed for hand-held circular saws. It is intended for cutting hardwood, softwood, plywood, plastic and panel materials such as chipboard or fibreboard, providing a quick, clean cut for a variety of workshop and job-site applications.

Advantages

Tungsten carbide tips increase wear resistance and blade life while maintaining cutting precision. Regular tooth geometry delivers fast, even cuts and reliable chip evacuation. The 127 mm diameter and standard bore make the blade compatible with many hand-held circular saws, and its balanced design helps reduce vibration during use.

How to use

Fit the blade to a compatible hand-held circular saw with a 12.7 mm arbor, ensuring the saw is unplugged or battery removed. Tighten the arbor flange according to the saw manufacturer's instructions and confirm the blade rotation direction matches the saw markings. Use appropriate cutting speed and feed rate for the material—slower feed for dense hardwood and faster feed for softwood and plastics. Wear suitable personal protective equipment (safety glasses, hearing protection and dust mask) and secure the workpiece before cutting.

Recommendations

For best results, use steady, controlled feeds and avoid forcing the blade through the material. Inspect the blade regularly for wear or damage and replace when carbide tips are worn or teeth are chipped. Use a dedicated blade for abrasive materials to prevent premature wear.
