LogiLink Cat.6A Slim S/FTP LSZH -verkkokaapeli, musta, 15 m, SlimLine

In a busy data center, a network technician needs to connect a server to a 10G switch with a cable that won’t block airflow or create clutter. The LogiLink SlimLine Cat.6A patch cable is built for exactly that: it delivers full 10-Gigabit performance in a slim, flexible form factor that fits into tight spaces and high-density racks. At 15 meters, it bridges the gap between patch panels and equipment without excess slack, while the black LSZH jacket keeps the installation clean and safe.

Why choose it

The slim design reduces cable bulk by up to 50% compared to standard Cat.6A cables, improving airflow and making cable management easier in dense environments. The S/FTP shielding provides excellent protection against EMI and crosstalk, ensuring reliable 10G performance even in electrically noisy areas. The LSZH jacket emits low smoke and no toxic halogens in case of fire, which is critical for public buildings, offices, and data centers with strict safety regulations. The snagless molded boots protect the locking tabs during installation and repeated moves, while the gold-plated contacts ensure long-term corrosion resistance and optimal signal integrity.

Ideal use cases

• High-density data center patching between servers, switches, and patch panels
• 10GBASE-T network connections in office LANs where space is limited
• Structured cabling in buildings requiring LSZH materials (e.g., hospitals, schools, public venues)
• Professional AV and broadcast installations needing slim, shielded cables
• Home or small office setups with high-speed NAS or media servers

Good to know

This cable is backward compatible with Cat5e and Cat6 networks, so it can be used in existing installations while future-proofing for 10G upgrades. The slim diameter makes it easier to route through cable managers and around corners, but it remains robust enough for daily use. Always verify that your equipment supports the required shielding and grounding for optimal performance. The cable is packaged individually and ready for immediate deployment.
