Manuaalinen pastakone GEFU PASTA PERFETTA ruostumaton teräs lasagne tagliatelle taglierini

The GEFU PASTA PERFETTA is a manual pasta machine made from stainless steel, designed to produce three pasta styles: tagliolini, tagliatelle and lasagne. Its solid construction and straightforward mechanism support consistent sheet rolling and cutting for home use.

Advantages

The stainless steel body provides durability and easy cleaning, while the machine’s design enables switching between three pasta formats. A non-slip base and an included screw clamp ensure stable placement on the work surface for safe, even operation.

Suitable for

• Home cooks preparing fresh pasta sheets and cut pasta
• Making tagliolini, tagliatelle and lasagne at home
• Small-batch pasta production for family meals

When it may not be suitable

This manual machine requires physical effort to roll and cut dough and is therefore less suitable for users seeking an electric or fully automated solution. It is designed for domestic use and may not meet the speed or volume demands of commercial kitchens.

Key specifications

• Material: stainless steel
• Produces: tagliolini, tagliatelle, lasagne
• Mounting: non-slip base with screw clamp for securing to work surface
• Operation: manual hand-crank mechanism

How to use

Attach the machine securely to a clean, flat work surface using the screw clamp and ensure the non-slip base is engaged. Prepare pasta dough to the required consistency, flatten it by hand if necessary, then feed it through the rollers while turning the crank to create sheets. Change the cutting setting to produce tagliolini, tagliatelle or leave sheets for lasagne. Clean the machine after use by removing excess flour and dough; avoid submerging in water if the manufacturer’s care instructions advise against it.

What to consider before purchase

• Requires manual operation and basic hand-cranking effort
• Intended for home/domestic use rather than commercial high-volume production
• Check care instructions for cleaning and maintenance

Recommendations

Work with well-rested, smooth pasta dough and lightly dust with flour to prevent sticking; secure the clamp firmly before turning the crank to ensure stable, even results.
