How to use

Secure the machine to a work surface using the clamp, then attach the crank or connect a Pastadrive motor via the bayonet fitting. Set the desired thickness using the adjustment knob, feed rolled dough between the rollers to flatten, and switch to the cutter to form fettuccine or taglierini. Use the polymeric combs and scrapers to separate strands and remove excess dough. Clean residue with a brush before storage.

Recommendations
