Marcato Atlas+ Pastawheel-vihreä manuaalinen pastakone

Pairing the iconic Atlas+ roller with a dedicated Pastawheel accessory, this green manual pasta machine unlocks six additional artisanal shapes beyond the standard trio, for a total of nine distinct varieties. Made in Italy from chrome-plated steel with patented anodized aluminum rollers, it transforms simple dough into everything from delicate tagliolini to rustic reginette—no electricity or plastic touching your dough.

Highlights

• Complete set: Atlas+ machine plus Pastawheel accessory for 9 total pasta shapes
• Patented anodized aluminum rollers (150 mm wide) for healthy, non-stick pasta
• 10 thickness settings from 0.6 mm to 4.8 mm for perfect dough every time
• Sturdy chrome-plated steel body with table clamp for rock-solid stability
• Ergonomic hand crank; compatible with optional Marcato Atlasmotor (sold separately)
• Made in Italy; clean with brush or cloth only—never dishwasher safe

In daily use

Clamp the Atlas+ to your countertop, feed a rested dough sheet through the rollers, and dial in the exact thickness you need. The standard cutters produce lasagne, fettuccine (6.5 mm), and tagliolini (1.5 mm) with clean, even edges. Swap in the Pastawheel to create reginette, pappardelle, reginette frastagliate, lasagnette, trenette, and croxetti—each with a distinctive texture that holds sauce beautifully. The green finish adds a cheerful touch to your kitchen while the anodized rollers ensure dough never sticks.
