Mikrofonin pop-suodatin Omnitronic malli 60006250 metalli musta, pyöreä verkkotuulensuoja

Omnitronic Microphone Pop Filter Model 60006250 Metal Black is a round mesh windscreen made of metal that mounts in front of a microphone to reduce plosive sounds and protect the capsule from saliva and breath. Designed for studio, broadcast, podcasting and live applications, the pop filter improves vocal recording clarity by diffusing bursts of air and ensuring a more even frequency response on close vocals. The black metal finish and compact round shape provide a discreet, durable accessory for permanent or temporary mic setups.

Advantages

The metal round mesh offers robust protection against moisture and mechanical wear while maintaining acoustic transparency. Its construction reduces popping and sibilance without introducing significant coloration to the recorded voice. The product mounts securely ahead of the microphone for consistent placement and long-term stability, and the durable materials require minimal maintenance.

How to use

Position the Omnitronic metal pop filter directly in front of the microphone, aligned with the capsule and at a distance that reduces plosives while preserving natural vocal tone. For most vocalists, a gap of several centimetres between the filter and the microphone gives effective air diffusion without muffling. Ensure the mount or bracket is tightened so the filter holds steady during recording or performance. Clean the metal mesh occasionally with a dry or slightly damp cloth and allow it to dry fully before reuse.

Recommendations

Use the pop filter together with standard microphone techniques: maintain consistent microphone distance, angle slightly off-axis for very sibilant voices, and combine with room treatment or a windscreen when recording outdoors. Avoid bending or deforming the metal mesh to preserve acoustic performance.
