NETGEAR GS316EP-100PES verkkokytkin Managed Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000) Power over Ethernet (PoE) musta

The NETGEAR 16-Port PoE+ Gigabit Ethernet Plus Switch provides business-grade connectivity and supplies power to PoE+ devices such as VoIP phones and IP cameras. The switch includes 16 Gigabit Ethernet ports for up to 1000 Mbps per port and 15 PoE+ ports that deliver a combined 180W of power. Its fanless design enables quiet operation, and multiple mounting options allow desktop, wall, or rack installation.

Advantages

The switch offers non-blocking switching with a 10 Gbps line-rate fabric to prevent congestion, advanced PoE controls for prioritisation, per-port power limits and scheduling, and a silent fanless design suitable for noise-sensitive locations. It powers and connects devices using a single Ethernet cable, simplifying deployment.

Key specifications

• Ports: 16 × Gigabit Ethernet
• PoE+ ports: 15 ports with total 180W power budget
• Throughput: up to 1000 Mbps per port
• Switching fabric: 10 Gbps line rate (10/100/1000 Mbps)
• Design: fanless for silent operation
• Mounting: desktop, wall, or rack (hardware included)

How to use

Place the switch on a desktop, mount it on a wall, or install it in a rack using the supplied hardware. Connect network devices to the Gigabit Ethernet ports and connect PoE+ compatible devices to the PoE ports to supply both data and power over a single cable. Configure PoE prioritisation, per-port power limits or scheduling as needed through the switch interface to manage power distribution.

Recommendations

Use the NETGEAR 16-Port PoE+ Gigabit Ethernet Plus Switch in small offices or branch locations to centralise network connectivity and power for VoIP phones, access points and cameras. Ensure total PoE power consumption does not exceed the 180W budget and verify device compatibility with PoE+ standards.
