How to use

Position the main sensor body on the fixed frame and the magnet on the moving sash at a matching height so that they align when the door or window is closed. Ensure the gap between sensor and magnet conforms to the manufacturer's recommended alignment for reliable detection. Install the included batteries following the polarity markings, then pair or connect each sensor to your alarm panel or smart hub according to your security system instructions. Test each sensor after installation to confirm correct open/closed reporting.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term operation, use fresh alkaline AAA batteries and replace them as indicated by your alarm system's low-battery alerts. Mount sensors on clean, dry surfaces and avoid locations where heavy condensation, direct water exposure, or excessive vibration may affect performance. When used with a control panel or hub, follow device-specific pairing and placement guidance to ensure proper signal strength and system integration.
