Päätykappale Bachmann 740.004 Illu-kaapelille koukulla

The End piece Bachmann 740.004 for Illu cable with hook is a compact termination component designed to finish and anchor Illu cable installations. It provides a secure mechanical end point with an integrated hook, creating a tidy finish at cable ends used in lighting and other low-voltage systems. The part is intended as a functional replacement or finish piece where a reliable cable anchor and neat appearance are required.

Advantages

This end piece offers a durable mechanical termination with an integrated hook that simplifies anchoring of Illu cable runs. Its compact design supports a discreet, clean cable finish while reducing strain on the cable end. The unit is compatible with standard Illu cable fittings and is suitable for repeated installation where a fixed termination is necessary.

Suitable for

• Finishing exposed Illu cable ends in lighting installations
• Anchoring low-voltage cable runs to structural elements
• Replacement of worn or missing termination components
• Applications where a neat mechanical termination with a hook is required

Key specifications

• Function: mechanical termination and anchor for Illu cable
• Feature: integrated hook for secure attachment
• Application area: lighting and low-voltage installations
• Design: compact end piece for neat cable finish
• Compatibility: intended for use with Illu cable systems

How to use

Slide the end piece onto the prepared Illu cable end according to the cable system's mounting instructions and secure it so the cable is properly seated. Use the integrated hook to attach the cable end to the required support or fixation point, ensuring that the termination carries mechanical loads rather than electrical connections. Verify that the assembly follows the installation rules for the lighting or low-voltage system and that the cable is not stressed beyond its rated limits.

Recommendations

Install and inspect the end piece as part of routine maintenance; ensure the hook is anchored to a suitable structural point and that the cable insulation and conductors remain undamaged. Replace the end piece if any deformation or wear is observed to maintain secure mechanical support.
