Painepumppu Rothenberger TP25 0–25 bar Twin Valve System, malli 60250

Pressure Pump Rothenberger TP25 0–25 bar Twin Valve System, model 60250 is a portable test and pressure generation tool designed for controlled pressurisation and diagnostic tasks in closed hydraulic and plumbing systems. The pump provides a pressure range up to 25 bar and integrates a Twin Valve System to facilitate safe filling, controlled pressure buildup and accurate measurement during commissioning, leak detection and routine maintenance of pipes, radiators and heating circuits.

Advantages

The Twin Valve System enables separate filling and pressure release operations for precise control and reduced risk of accidental depressurisation. The compact, robust construction ensures reliable use on-site and in service environments, while the pressure range up to 25 bar covers most residential and light-commercial testing needs. The ergonomic handle and clear pressure indication allow single-person operation and straightforward pressure adjustment.

Suitable for

• Pressure testing of central heating circuits and radiators
• Leak detection and verification on plumbing and piping systems
• Commissioning and maintenance of closed hydraulic systems
• Service work by installers and HVAC technicians

Key specifications

• Pressure range: 0–25 bar for accurate testing of low- to medium-pressure systems
• Valve system: Twin Valve configuration for separate filling and release control
• Construction: Portable, service-grade pump designed for on-site use
• Operation: Manual actuation with ergonomic handle for controlled pressurisation
• Compatibility: Suitable for closed hydraulic and plumbing systems including radiators and heating circuits

How to use

Connect the pump to the system using an appropriate adapter or hose and ensure all system connections are closed. Use the filling valve to introduce water or test fluid and operate the pump handle to reach the required test pressure within the 0–25 bar range. Monitor the system pressure using the integrated gauge or a compatible pressure indicator, and use the separate release valve to safely lower pressure when testing is complete. Observe standard safety and system manufacturer recommendations during operation.

Recommendations

Prefer using clean, de-aerated water for pressure testing to avoid introducing air; always confirm compatibility of seals and hoses with system fluids, and perform tests within the recommended pressure limits for the system under test. After testing, inspect connections and seals for signs of wear before returning the system to service.
