Rothenberger puhdistusspiraali 6 mm x 3 m viemärien ja putkien puhdistukseen

Rothenberger cleaning spiral 6 mm x 3 m for drain and pipe maintenance is a compact manual tool designed for removing blockages from sinks, showers, small drains and narrow pipes. The spiral has a 6 mm diameter and 3 m working length, combining sufficient rigidity to transmit manual force with flexibility to pass through common bends. Intended for plumbers and DIY users, the tool targets hair, soap residue, debris and small obstructions without the need for chemicals or powered equipment.

Advantages

The 6 mm diameter spiral is narrow enough to enter small drain openings while the 3 m length reaches typical household trap and short-run pipe blockages. Its flexible metal construction enables navigation through curved sections of piping while maintaining torque and pushability for manual operation. The tool is compact for storage and transport, and it provides a mechanical cleaning method that reduces reliance on corrosive drain cleaners.

Suitable for

• Clearing hair and soap buildup from bathroom sinks and showers
• Removing debris from kitchen sinks and small branch drains
• Light professional maintenance by plumbers for short runs and tight spaces
• DIY household drain maintenance and periodic cleaning

Key specifications

• Diameter: 6 mm
• Working length: 3 m
• Construction: flexible metal spiral
• Operation: manual, hand-fed
• Typical application: small drains, sinks, showers and narrow pipes

How to use

Insert the spiral tip into the drain opening and advance it by hand while rotating to engage and capture hair or debris. Push gently to negotiate bends and withdraw periodically to remove captured material. Continue advancing and retracting until water flow is restored. After use, wipe the spiral clean and store it dry to prevent corrosion.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protection such as gloves. Do not force the spiral against heavy obstructions that exceed its diameter or use it as a substitute for professional drain servicing when structural pipe damage or major blockages are suspected.
