Viemärinavausjousi Rothenberger 72095 Saksa

The Rothenberger 72095 drain auger, made in Germany, is engineered for clearing household and small commercial drains. Its flexible yet robust cable and ergonomically designed handle allow controlled insertion and retrieval in pipes, enabling effective removal of hair, grease, soap scum and other common blockages. Constructed from durable materials, the tool is suitable for repeated use and offers reliable mechanical action without the need for chemicals.

Advantages

The design balances flexibility and stiffness to negotiate bends while transmitting torque to the auger head for consistent cleaning performance. Its durable construction resists wear from repeated use in wet conditions and helps maintain functionality over time. The tool’s manual operation provides precise control and reduces the risk of damage to plastic or metal plumbing compared with aggressive mechanical alternatives. Compact size and straightforward operation make it practical for storage and occasional professional or domestic use.

Suitable for

• Unclogging bathroom sinks and shower drains
• Clearing kitchen sink traps and small waste pipes
• Removing hair and soap buildup in residential plumbing
• Maintenance tasks for rental properties and light commercial washrooms

Key specifications

• Type: manual drain auger designed for small-diameter pipes
• Cable: flexible steel cable for navigating bends
• Handle: ergonomic manual crank for controlled torque application
• Construction: corrosion-resistant components suitable for wet environments
• Intended use: indoor domestic and light commercial drain clearing

How to use

Insert the auger cable into the drain opening and advance it while rotating the handle to allow the head to pass through bends and reach the blockage. Once resistance indicates contact with the obstruction, continue gentle rotation to engage and break up or capture the material. Withdraw the cable while rotating to extract debris; repeat insertion and retrieval as needed until flow is restored. Rinse the drain with running water after clearing and clean the cable and head before storage.

Recommendations

Use personal protective gloves and eye protection when operating the drain auger. Avoid excessive force to prevent damage to pipes or fittings; if severe blockage or signs of pipe damage are present, consult a professional plumber. Store the tool dry and clean to prolong service life.
