How to use

Mount the distribution box on a suitable interior wall or cabinet using appropriate screws and wall anchors, ensuring the selected location allows for cable entry and convenient access. Feed incoming and outgoing fibers through the provided cable entry points, secure and route fibers along the internal guides to avoid sharp bends, and perform splicing or install factory-terminated pigtails as required. Terminate patch cords into the LC-D APC ports and close the enclosure to protect connections. Label ports as needed for straightforward maintenance and troubleshooting.

Recommendations

Use singlemode OS2 fibers and LC-D APC connectors for best optical performance. Maintain the recommended minimum bend radius for singlemode fibers when routing inside the box and secure splices with appropriate splice protectors. Place the box in a clean, dry indoor location away from direct sunlight and sources of mechanical stress. For installations in multi-dwelling units or commercial spaces, plan cable entry and labeling to simplify future upgrades and service work.
