Pistoke Bachmann 375.517

The Bachmann 375.517 plug is a ready-to-fit electrical connector with integrated strain relief, suitable for a variety of wiring applications. It accepts solid and flexible conductors without the need for end sleeves and is supplied as a single pack for straightforward installation in equipment and installations.

Advantages

This plug supports conductor cross-sections from 0.75 to 2.5 mm² and accommodates cable diameters between 6.5 and 10.5 mm (compatible with H05VV and NYM cables). The outer sheath should be stripped to 31 mm and the insulation to 7 mm, enabling reliable, repeatable terminations with mechanical strain relief.

Suitable for

• Electrical appliances and equipment that require a removable plug connection
• Installations using H05VV or NYM cables within the specified diameter range
• Professional electrical work and DIY wiring projects

Key specifications

• Brand: Bachmann
• Model / MPN: 375.517
• EAN: 4016514023813
• conductor cross-section: 0.75–2.5 mm²
• cable diameter: 6.5–10.5 mm (H05VV, NYM)
• outer sheath stripped length: 31 mm
• insulation stripped length: 7 mm

How to use

Prepare the cable by stripping the outer sheath to 31 mm and the conductor insulation to 7 mm. Insert solid or flexible conductors directly into the terminal points; end sleeves are not required. Ensure the cable sits correctly in the strain relief before tightening any screws or closing the housing. Follow standard electrical safety procedures and disconnect power before working on live circuits.

Recommendations

Use cables within the specified diameter and cross-section ranges and verify connections are secure before applying power. For permanent or high-vibration installations, inspect termination and strain relief periodically.
