Pistosaha Metabo ST 18 LT 3500 iskua/min 2 kg

The Metabo ST 18 LT 3500 spm cordless jigsaw is a compact, top-handle power tool designed for interior fitting and assembly tasks. Powered by an 18 V LiHD battery and driven by a Brushless motor, it offers high cutting speed and efficiency while weighing only 2 kg. The jigsaw supports cutting in wood and steel with a maximum cutting depth of 130 mm and integrates features for precise guidance and clean cutting lines.

Advantages

The Brushless motor delivers fast work progress and improved efficiency while reducing maintenance. The soft-grip surface and ergonomic top-handle design provide comfortable handling in various working positions. Tool-free Metabo "Quick" blade changes with automatic ejection simplify blade replacement. An efficient chip-blowing function and an integrated LED work light ensure a clear view of the cutting line; the light can be switched off when cutting from below. The tool has restart protection to prevent accidental startup after battery changes, and it can be connected to a general-purpose vacuum cleaner for dust extraction. The ST 18 LT is compatible with all 18 V CAS battery packs and chargers.

How to use

Fit a suitable jigsaw blade using the Metabo "Quick" tool-free system and ensure the blade is securely engaged before operation. Select the appropriate stroke rate and set the chip-blow or dust extraction as needed to keep the cutting line visible. Hold the top handle with a firm grip on the soft-grip surface and guide the jigsaw along the cutting line at an even feed rate. Use the LED work light for improved visibility; switch it off when it interferes with cuts made from below. For dust control, connect a compatible vacuum cleaner to the extraction port.

Recommendations

Use appropriate blades for the material and thickness being cut, wear suitable eye and hearing protection, and follow battery and charger manufacturer instructions. For best results on metal, use blades designed for metal cutting and operate at a controlled feed to avoid overheating the blade.
