Puristin Bessey DUO30-8 monivärinen metalli 300mm leveys

The Bessey DUO30-8 Multicolour Metal 300mm Width clamp is a compact, metal-bodied clamping tool designed for general-purpose holding and pressing tasks. With an overall width of 300 mm, depth of 200 mm and height of 300 mm, this clamp provides stable workpiece support for woodworking, metalworking and assembly operations. The multicolour finish aids visual identification on busy workbenches while the full-metal construction ensures durability under repetitive use.

Advantages

This clamp combines a sturdy metal frame with a practical size that balances clamping force and accessibility. Its 300 mm jaw width accommodates medium-sized components while the 200 mm depth allows reach into fixtures and assemblies. The metal construction resists bending and wear during repeated tightening, and the multicolour design improves visibility and organisation among other tools. The clamp is suitable for both routine workshop tasks and occasional heavier-duty applications where a reliable hold is required.

Suitable for

• Woodworking glue-ups and edge-joining
• Light to medium metal fabrication and holding
• Assembly and fixture positioning
• DIY repairs and hobby projects

Key specifications

• Jaw width: 300 mm
• Depth (throat): 200 mm
• Height: 300 mm
• Body material: metal
• Finish: multicolour

How to use

Place the clamp jaws around the workpiece so the surfaces to be held are aligned. Adjust the movable jaw until it contacts the workpiece, then tighten the clamping mechanism until the required holding force is achieved. Ensure the clamp is seated squarely and avoid over-tightening which may deform delicate materials. For repetitive tasks, check jaw contact and reposition protective pads if used to prevent surface damage.

Recommendations

Use the clamp on clean, debris-free surfaces and consider adding protective pads when working with soft or finished materials. Inspect the metal body periodically for wear or deformation and keep the moving parts lightly lubricated to maintain smooth operation.
