Pyörösahanterä Metabo 628065000 21,6 cm poraus 3 cm

The Metabo 628065000 circular saw blade with a diameter of 21.6 cm and a 3 cm bore is a replacement blade designed for use with compatible circular saws and table saws. Intended primarily for cutting wood, this blade provides a balance between cutting speed and finish quality. The blade's dimensions make it suitable for standard portable saws and bench-mounted applications where a 216 mm diameter and 30 mm arbor are required.

Advantages

This circular saw blade delivers consistent cutting performance across softwood and hardwood, offering clean kerfs and reduced tear-out when used with proper feed rates. Its geometry is optimized for efficient material removal while maintaining edge stability, which supports longer blade life and fewer resharpening cycles. The 30 mm bore ensures secure mounting on compatible arbors, reducing runout and vibration for more accurate cuts.

Suitable for

• Cross-cutting and ripping of dimensional lumber
• Panel cutting of plywood, MDF and chipboard
• Work on portable circular saws and table saws with matching diameter and bore
• General carpentry and joinery tasks requiring a versatile wood-cutting blade

Key specifications

• Diameter: 21.6 cm (216 mm)
• Bore (arbor) size: 3 cm (30 mm)
• Intended material: wood (solid wood, plywood, MDF, chipboard)
• Application: circular saws and table saws compatible with 216 mm blades
• Edge type: designed for clean wood cutting and reduced tear-out

How to use

Install the blade on a compatible saw, ensuring the arbor and blade direction markings align with the saw's rotation. Tighten the arbor nut to the manufacturer's recommended torque and verify blade runout before starting. Adjust saw settings such as blade height and fence alignment according to the cut type. Feed the workpiece at a steady rate appropriate for the wood species and thickness to achieve smooth, accurate cuts. Follow all safety procedures including using blade guards, riving knives if available, and personal protective equipment.

Recommendations

For best results, match the blade tooth geometry and feed speed to the material: use slower feed rates for hardwood and scoring techniques for veneered panels to minimize tear-out. Regularly inspect the blade for wear or damage and replace or resharpen as needed. Store the blade in a dry, protected place to prevent corrosion and mechanical damage.
