Ruuri- ja proppusarja Fischer HM 5 x 65 S

The Fischer HM 5 x 65 S screw and wall plug kit contains 50 pieces engineered for fastening into gypsum block and gypsum fibre board. Each screw measures 65 mm in length and is paired with a matching wall plug to provide a secure anchor in lightweight plasterboard substrates. The specified drill hole diameter for installation is approximately 10 mm, and the system is intended for use with panel thicknesses from about 20 mm and up. Constructed from durable metal, the components are designed to deliver reliable holding power for fixtures and fittings in interior applications.

Advantages

This Fischer kit offers consistent screw length and plug fit for repeatable installation results and simplifies mounting into gypsum block and gypsum fibre board. The metal screws provide corrosion-resistant mechanical strength suitable for indoor use, while the matched plugs expand to form a stable anchor in lightweight panels. Packaging of 50 pieces supports multiple fixings without the need for frequent reordering.

Suitable for

• Mounting shelves and cabinets on gypsum block and gypsum fibre board
• Fixing light to medium-weight fixtures such as towel rails, curtain poles and electrical boxes
• General interior fittings in residential and commercial projects

Key specifications

• Screw length: 65 mm
• Recommended drill hole diameter: 10 mm
• Suitable panel thickness: from 20 mm and above
• Material: metal screws with compatible wall plugs
• Pack quantity: 50 pieces

How to use

Drill a hole in the gypsum block or gypsum fibre board with a 10 mm drill bit to the appropriate depth. Insert the wall plug flush with the surface, then drive the 65 mm screw through the fixture and into the plug until the head is seated and the fixture is held securely. Avoid over-tightening to prevent damage to the board or plug expansion beyond intended limits. Check the load-bearing requirements of the intended fixture and, where necessary, use additional anchors or support backing.

Recommendations

Use the kit for interior mounting tasks on gypsum-based panels and select screw spacing and quantity according to the weight and dimensions of the fixture. For heavy loads or installations on hollow sections, consider alternative anchors or reinforcement behind the panel.
