How to use

Open the enclosure door or cover and install required mounting plates or rails according to the chosen interior layout. Secure terminal blocks, relays, controllers and cable entries using appropriate stainless steel or compatible mounting hardware. Ensure cable entries and gaskets are correctly fitted to maintain the IP66 protection level. Close and fasten the door or cover firmly after wiring and verify seals and fasteners are tightened to the manufacturer’s recommended torque to preserve dust and water protection.

Recommendations

For long-term corrosion resistance and to maintain the IP66 rating, clean the stainless steel surfaces with non-abrasive, pH-neutral cleaners and inspect gaskets and fasteners periodically. Select compatible cable glands and sealing accessories rated for IP66 to ensure continued protection in outdoor or washdown environments.
