How to use

Place the Rommelsbacher BG 1550 on a stable, heat-resistant surface and connect it to a 230 V outlet. Select the required function (upper/lower heat, circulating air or rotisserie) and set the desired temperature between 80 °C and 230 °C. Use the 120-minute timer to set cooking duration and listen for the signal tone at the end. For rotisserie cooking, mount the chicken securely on the rotisserie spit and ensure accessories are locked in place. Use the interior illumination to check progress without opening the door frequently.

Recommendations

To optimise results, preheat briefly before baking or roasting, use the circulating air mode for even baking of cakes and pizzas, and select separate upper or lower heat for dishes that require different top/bottom browning.
