SilverStone ECM25-V2 M.2 NVMe SSD PCIe Gen3 x4 -adapterikortti Full-Height- ja Low-Profile-kiinnikkeillä

Most M.2 adapters force a choice between speed and compatibility, but the SilverStone ECM25-V2 refuses to compromise. It pairs a true PCIe Gen3 x4 host interface with both full-height and low-profile brackets, so it fits everything from slim desktops to full towers. Unlike basic single-slot cards, it supports all common M.2 NVMe SSD lengths—2230, 2242, 2260, and 2280—making it a versatile tool for repurposing or upgrading storage. Driverless operation and an activity LED add convenience without complexity.

Highlights

• PCIe Gen3 x4 host interface for up to 32 Gbps data transfer
• Supports M.2 NVMe SSDs in 2230, 2242, 2260, and 2280 form factors
• Includes both full-height and low-profile brackets for flexible installation
• Plug-and-play with no driver required on Windows, macOS, or Linux
• M.2 activity LED provides real-time drive status

In daily use

Installing the ECM25-V2 is straightforward: insert your M.2 NVMe SSD into the M-key slot, secure it with the included screw, and mount the card into any available PCIe x4, x8, or x16 slot. The passive design ensures silent operation, while PCIe bus power eliminates the need for extra cables. The activity LED is a practical touch, letting you monitor drive access without opening the case. Whether you are adding a high-speed boot drive or expanding storage for demanding applications, this adapter offers a reliable, no-fuss solution.
