Verkkokaapeli BlueOptics CB-LC-LC-MMF2M yhteensopiva LC-LC monimuotopatchkaapeli 2 metriä

The BlueOptics CB-LC-LC-MMF2M Compatible LC-LC Multimode Patch Cable 2 Meter is a multimode fibre optic cable with LC connectors on both ends and a 2 m length. It is intended for short-range, high-bandwidth connections within data centres, server rooms and office networks where multimode fibre is used. The construction combines standard LC terminations and multimode fibre core to provide consistent signal transmission for gigabit and 10 Gigabit Ethernet links over short distances.

Advantages

This LC-LC multimode patch cable offers low insertion loss and stable optical performance suitable for multimode transceivers. The 2 m length reduces excess fibre slack in rack installations, improving cable management. The cable is compatible with common networking equipment that accepts LC multimode interfaces and is built for repeated mating cycles to support maintenance and reconfiguration without rapid degradation of connector quality.

How to use

Inspect both LC connectors and ensure cleanliness before insertion to maintain optical performance. Route the 2 m cable between LC ports on switches, patch panels or transceivers, avoiding sharp bends and placing gentle bend radii consistent with multimode fibre handling. Insert each LC connector until it clicks to ensure a secure optical connection. If testing is required, verify link status and optical power levels with appropriate test equipment to confirm correct installation.

Recommendations

Regularly clean connector end-faces with approved fibre cleaning tools and store unused cable ends with protective dust caps. For best results in data centre environments, label both ends and plan routing to minimise strain and maintain bend radius to preserve signal integrity.
