Verkkokaapeli BlueOptics CB-M12-M12-MMF3M MPO-MPO monimuotokuitu OM4 patch-kaapeli 3 metriä

The BlueOptics CB-M12-M12-MMF3M MPO-MPO Multimode OM4 Patch Cable 3 Meter is a fiber optic patch cable engineered for high-speed, short- to medium-range multimode installations. With OM4 multimode fiber and MPO connectors on both ends, this 3 m cable is intended for use in data centers, server rooms and high-density network environments where reliable, low-loss connectivity and high bandwidth are required.

Advantages

This MPO-MPO multimode OM4 cable provides enhanced bandwidth capacity and reduced modal dispersion compared with earlier multimode types, supporting high data rates and aggregated links. The pre-terminated MPO ends simplify installation and reduce termination time in high-density panels. Its 3-meter length offers flexibility for common rack-to-rack and equipment-to-equipment connections while maintaining controlled attenuation and consistent optical performance.

How to use

Connect each MPO connector to the corresponding MPO port on your transceiver, patch panel or trunk module, ensuring correct alignment of the keying and polarity. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and mechanical stress; maintain the manufacturer minimum bend radius for OM4 multimode fiber. Verify link integrity and optical loss using appropriate testing equipment after installation and power up connected equipment according to your network configuration.

Recommendations

Inspect MPO endfaces before connection and clean with appropriate fiber cleaning tools to prevent increased attenuation or damage. Use structured cabling practices in high-density areas and label both ends clearly to ease maintenance. For critical links, perform insertion loss and return loss measurements and follow data center cabling guidelines for bend radius and strain relief.
