Verkkokaapeli Gembird PP6U-3M RJ-45 Cat6 3 m, vihreä

The Gembird PP6U-3M is a 3 m Cat6 networking patch cord with RJ-45 8P8C moulded plugs. It uses stranded AWG24 conductors in an unshielded (U/UTP) cable construction and features gold-plated contacts and moulded strain relief for reliable connections in home and office networks. The cable comes in green and is designed for standard Ethernet applications up to Cat6 performance levels.

Advantages

The cable offers Cat6 performance in a flexible stranded AWG24 design, making it easier to route and manage in patch panels and workstations. Gold-plated contacts improve corrosion resistance and connection stability. Moulded strain relief reduces stress at the connector junction, extending the cable's service life. The green jacket helps visually identify network runs.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, switches and routers in home networks
• Office workstation and patch panel connections
• Short to medium-length Ethernet links up to 3 m

Key specifications

• Cable type: Cat6 U/UTP (unshielded)
• Conductor: Stranded AWG24
• Length: 3 m
• Connectors: 8P8C RJ-45 – both ends
• Contacts: Gold-plated
• Colour: Green

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 plug into the corresponding Ethernet port until it clicks to ensure a secure connection. Route the cable without sharp bends and avoid tight pinches to maintain signal integrity. Use the 3 m length to connect devices within the same rack, desk area, or between adjacent network outlets.

Recommendations

For best performance, keep the cable away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference (large motors, fluorescent lighting fixtures, or unshielded power cables). Use the cable for typical Cat6 applications; for runs longer than 3 m or environments with high EMI, consider shielded cables or fixed-installation solid-core Cat6 alternatives.
