Videokaapelisovitin SCART 21-napainen e+p VC 915

The e+p VC 915 video cable adapter converts a 21-pin SCART connection to three RCA jacks and an S-Video (4-pin) connector, allowing manual switching between recording and playback functions. It enables video and audio transmission via RCA and provides an S-Video output for improved picture quality when supported by connected devices. The adapter is suitable for connecting older SCART-equipped VCRs or players to televisions and displays that accept composite or S-Video inputs.

Advantages

The adapter supports both composite (RCA) and S-Video signals, offering flexible connectivity for legacy equipment. Its male 21-pin SCART plug provides a direct connection to SCART sockets, while separate RCA and 4-pin S-Video outputs let you select the appropriate output for your display. The compact, black design is simple to use and helps preserve signal quality for standard-definition sources.

Suitable for

• Connecting S-VHS or VHS recorders to TVs and monitors
• Converting SCART output to composite RCA for AV receivers or capture devices
• Providing S-Video output for displays that support S-Video input

How to use

Plug the male SCART connector into the SCART socket of the source device. Connect RCA cables from the adapter to the composite video and audio inputs on the target display or recording device, or connect an S-Video cable to the 4-pin S-Video jack if the display supports S-Video. Use the source device’s manual switching controls to select recording or playback modes as required. Ensure all connections are secure before powering on the devices.

Recommendations

For best results, use a dedicated S-Video cable when your display supports S-Video to achieve a clearer picture than composite. Avoid forcing connectors and power off devices before connecting or disconnecting to prevent damage.
