Goobay kaapelisovitin USB A RJ-45 15m musta hopea

The Goobay Cable Gender Changer USB A RJ-45 15m Black Silver provides a compact Ethernet solution for USB‑A devices that lack an RJ45 port. The built‑in smart chip inside the USB plug enables direct Ethernet connectivity without additional driver installation, while nickel‑plated contacts support reliable data transmission over the 15 m cable. The black and silver design offers a simple, businesslike appearance for desktop or rack setups.

Advantages

This 15 m gender changer cable combines a USB A connector with an RJ‑45 plug and uses a smart on‑board chip to replace larger adapter assemblies. Nickel‑plated contacts improve signal reliability and corrosion resistance, and the single‑cable design provides immediate wired network access for USB‑A devices without an integrated Ethernet port. No extra drivers are required for basic plug‑and‑play operation.

Suitable for

• Connecting USB‑A only computers or thin clients to wired Ethernet
• Workstations where a compact cable solution is preferred over bulkier adapters
• Temporary or permanent network connections in offices, classrooms, or home setups

How to use

Plug the USB‑A end into the USB port of the host device and insert the RJ‑45 connector into the network jack. The integrated smart chip negotiates the network connection; wait until the operating system indicates a network link. For most systems this cable functions as a plug‑and‑play solution without separate driver installation. Ensure cable routing avoids sharp bends and pinching points to maintain transmission quality over the full 15 m length.

Recommendations

Use this cable for reliable wired connections where Wi‑Fi is unavailable or unstable. Avoid exposure to moisture and excessive heat, and check that both connectors are fully seated to ensure stable network performance.
