How to use

Plug the XLR male connectors into the XLR outputs of your mixer, microphone preamp or audio interface and connect the RCA male plugs to the RCA inputs of the target device. If connecting an RCA source to an XLR input, verify the destination device accepts unbalanced signals or provides the required wiring/grounding. Avoid using long cable runs for balanced-to-unbalanced conversions to minimise noise and potential grounding issues.

Recommendations

Use this adapter cable for short signal runs and temporary patching between professional and consumer equipment. Check device manuals for compatibility when converting balanced XLR to unbalanced RCA to prevent improper grounding or signal loss.
