Avision asiakirjaskanneri AD340GN 40ppm USB3.2 Duplex ADF

The Avision Document Scanner AD340GN is a compact office scanner designed for routine digitization tasks. It provides up to 40 pages per minute scanning speed with duplex capture and an automatic document feeder (ADF) to process multi-page batches. The scanner connects via USB 3.2 for fast data transfer and supports common office workflows such as scanning invoices, contracts and records into electronic archives or document management systems.

Advantages

The AD340GN combines duplex scanning with a reliable ADF to reduce manual handling and accelerate batch processing. USB 3.2 connectivity ensures lower transfer times for high-resolution files, and the unit's design focuses on steady paper feeding and consistent image capture. Its performance is suited to small and medium-sized office environments where throughput and dependable two-sided scanning are required.

Suitable for

• Digitizing invoices and receipts
• Scanning contracts, agreements and legal documents
• Converting paper records and archives into searchable electronic files
• Batch scanning for administrative and accounting departments

Key specifications

• Scanning speed: up to 40 pages per minute (single-sided) with duplex capability for two-sided scanning
• Automatic document feeder for batch processing
• Interface: USB 3.2 for high-speed data transfer
• Duplex scanning: two-sided capture in a single pass
• Designed for office use with steady paper handling and continuous operation

How to use

Place a stack of documents into the automatic document feeder following the indicated paper guides to ensure correct alignment. Connect the scanner to a computer using a USB 3.2 cable and install any required drivers or scanning software provided by the operating system or the manufacturer. Select desired scan settings—such as resolution, color mode and duplex scanning—in the scanning application, then start the scanning job. Monitor the feed during the first batch to confirm proper alignment and image quality, and separate staples or paper clips before loading to avoid jams.

Recommendations

For consistent results, use standard office paper weights and keep the document feeder rollers clean. When scanning sensitive or important originals, verify scanned images and, if needed, adjust resolution or contrast. For large-volume digitization, perform periodic maintenance checks and follow the manufacturer's guidance on cleaning and replacement parts to maintain reliable performance.
