BlueOptics SFP-10G-BX-D-20-PS-BO verkkolähetin-vastaanotinmoduuli kuitu 10000 Mbit/s SFP+

The BlueOptics SFP-10G-BX-D-20-PS-BO network transceiver module is a compact SFP+ fiber optic module designed for 10 Gbit/s links. Housed in a robust metal casing, this module supports a maximum data transfer rate of 10000 Mbit/s and is intended for use in high-speed optical networking equipment that accepts SFP+ form-factor modules. The unit is lightweight (approximately 20 g) and complies with common regulatory standards such as RoHS and FCC.

Advantages

The metal housing provides mechanical durability and improved heat dissipation compared with plastic enclosures, while the SFP+ interface ensures compatibility with a wide range of switches, routers and media converters that accept SFP+ modules. The module’s 10 Gbit/s capacity supports demanding network traffic and enables integration into existing fiber infrastructures without occupying extra slot space compared with other small-form-factor optics.

How to use

Install the BlueOptics SFP-10G-BX-D-20-PS-BO by inserting the module into a compatible SFP+ slot on your network device until it clicks into place. Connect the appropriate single-mode or multimode fiber cable (ensure connector type and fiber type match the module’s optical specifications) to the module’s optical port. After physical installation, verify link status and configure device ports as required by your switch or router firmware. Follow vendor guidelines for hot-plugging if supported; otherwise, power down the device before insertion or removal.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, use compatible SFP+ ports and certified fiber cabling, keep connectors clean and free of dust, and verify transceiver support in the host device’s compatibility list. Observe ESD precautions when handling the module and avoid excessive mechanical stress on the fiber connectors.
