Hiomapaperi Metabo 635218000 100x150mm P240 9 reikää

Metabo sanding sheet 100 x 150 mm P240 with nine holes and hook-and-loop backing is designed for fine sanding of wood surfaces. Supplied in packs of 10, these grey abrasive sheets fit compatible 100 x 150 mm orbital sanders and provide a consistent P240 grit for finishing and smoothing tasks. The nine-hole pattern aligns with standard dust-extraction pads to reduce clogging and help maintain a cleaner work area while delivering uniform sanding results.

Advantages

The hook-and-loop backing enables quick attachment and removal, reducing downtime when replacing abrasive sheets. P240 grit offers a fine abrasive action suitable for removing minor imperfections and preparing surfaces for finishing. The nine-hole layout improves dust extraction efficiency when used with a compatible sander and vacuum system, extending abrasive life and improving visibility of the work surface.

Suitable for

• Fine sanding of solid wood and plywood
• Surface preparation before staining, varnishing or painting
• Light smoothing between coats of finish
• Detail sanding on furniture and cabinetry

Key specifications

• Dimensions: 100 x 150 mm
• Abrasive grit: P240 (fine)
• Backing type: hook-and-loop (Velcro-style)
• Hole pattern: 9 holes for dust extraction
• Color: grey
• Pack quantity: 10 sheets per pack

How to use

Ensure the sanding pad on your orbital sander matches the 100 x 150 mm sheet and that the nine-hole pattern aligns with the tool's dust-extraction ports. Attach the sheet by pressing the hook-and-loop surfaces together so the abrasive is flat and securely positioned. Operate the sander with moderate pressure, moving evenly across the surface to avoid gouging. Replace the sheet when abrasive performance diminishes or when clogging prevents effective sanding.

Recommendations

For best results, use the P240 sheets for final smoothing and between-coat sanding rather than heavy material removal. Combine with effective dust extraction to extend sheet life and maintain a clear working surface. Store sheets flat and dry to preserve backing adhesion and abrasive integrity.
