InLine kuitu-duplexkaapeli SC/SC 50/125 µm OM2 15 m

The InLine Fiber Optical Duplex Cable SC/SC 50/125µm OM2 15m is a multimode duplex fiber cable designed for short-range high-speed data transmission. It features SC connectors on both ends, a 50/125 µm core/cladding geometry compliant with OM2 standards, and a 15-meter jacketed length suitable for linking networking equipment in server rooms, telecom racks or structured cabling installations.

Advantages

The cable provides full-duplex transmission with SC-to-SC terminations and OM2 multimode fiber for reliable mid-range performance. The 50/125 µm core supports common multimode transceivers, and the cable jacket is halogen-free to reduce hazardous emissions in the event of fire.

Suitable for

• Connecting switches, routers and patch panels within racks
• Short-distance multimode links in data centers and server rooms
• Structured building cabling where OM2 performance is required
• Applications requiring SC connector interfaces

Key specifications

How to use

Route the cable between devices ensuring gentle bends and avoiding tight radii. Insert the SC connectors into compatible SC ports until they click or seat securely. Use both fibers for full-duplex communication according to your transceiver or equipment documentation. Secure the cable to racks or trays to prevent strain on the connectors and maintain minimum bend radius for multimode fiber.

Recommendations

For best performance, keep connector end-faces clean and inspect with an optical fiber inspection tool before connection. Avoid exceeding the recommended bend radius and protect the cable from crushing or sharp edges. Use OM2-compatible transceivers for predictable link performance over the specified distance.
