kirjekuori MAILmedia kirjekuori offset valkoinen DL itseliimautuva 72 g/m²

MAILmedia Briefumschlag Offset white DL self-adhesive 72 g/m² is a DL-size envelope made from 72 g/m² offset paper with a pre-applied adhesive closure. It is designed for standard DL mailings and everyday postal use, accommodating invoices, letters and single-sheet documents while fitting typical business mailing workflows. The white offset surface provides a printable area for address and postage information and the self-adhesive strip allows sealing without moistening.

Advantages

The self-adhesive closure speeds up preparation and reduces handling time compared to gummed envelopes. The 72 g/m² offset paper balances durability and flexibility, providing sufficient stiffness for machine feeding while remaining easy to write on and print. The DL format ensures compatibility with standard inserts and mailing processes. The white surface offers neutral contrast for printed addresses and labels.

Suitable for

• Business mailings such as invoices and payment reminders
• Office correspondence, letters and notices
• Mailroom operations and bulk mailing runs
• Manual or automated sealing prior to postage

Key specifications

• Format: DL (fits standard DL-size contents)
• Paper type: offset paper
• Weight: 72 g/m²
• Color: white
• Closure: pre-applied self-adhesive strip (peel-and-seal)
• Surface: printable writable surface suitable for inkjet/laser printing and handwriting

How to use

Insert the DL-size document or folded letter into the envelope so the address area aligns with the front panel. Remove the protective strip from the self-adhesive closure and press the flap firmly to seal. For automated processes, ensure machine settings match the envelope weight and dimensions to avoid jams. When printing addresses directly on the envelope, verify printer compatibility with 72 g/m² offset paper and perform a test print to confirm alignment.

Recommendations

Store envelopes flat in a dry environment at room temperature to preserve adhesive performance. Avoid prolonged exposure to heat or humidity which can affect the self-adhesive strip. For critical or valuable documents, consider additional sealing or tracking services when sending by post.
