Kuitukaapeli Garbot FO -kaapeli Garbot OM3 50/125 multimode

FO Cable Garbot OM3 50/125 is a multimode fiber optic cable by Garbot with 50/125 µm core/cladding dimensions (OM3). It is designed for high-speed short- to medium-range data transmission in LANs, data centers and telecom racks. The cable features LC/LC-PC connectors and a 1.0 m length in aqua color, providing standardized multimode performance for reliable signal integrity when trunking, patching and connecting switches, servers and other active equipment.

Advantages

The Garbot OM3 multimode cable offers OM3 optical performance for increased bandwidth over short distances, pre-terminated LC/LC-PC connectors for quick deployment, and a compact 1.0 m length suitable for rack and patch-panel use. The standardized 50/125 µm fiber ensures compatibility with common multimode transceivers and reduces signal loss in typical LAN and data center setups.

Suitable for

• Patch connections between switches and patch panels
• Linking servers to top-of-rack and end-of-row switches
• Short- to medium-range multimode links in data centers
• Telecom racks and LAN backbone patching

Key specifications

• Brand: Garbot
• Model / MPN: B-01-50310
• Fiber type: Multimode OM3
• Core/cladding: 50/125 µm
• Connector type: LC/LC-PC
• Color: Aqua

How to use

Install the Garbot OM3 LC/LC multimode cable by plugging each LC connector into the corresponding LC port on active equipment or patch panels. Ensure connectors are clean before mating to maintain signal quality. Route the cable along rack channels or cable management trays, avoiding sharp bends and excessive stress on the fiber. For best performance, use within the intended short- to medium-range OM3 distance limits and pair with compatible multimode transceivers.

Recommendations

Keep LC connector end-faces protected with dust caps until installation, perform visual or inspection cleaning before connection, and maintain bend radii recommended by the manufacturer to preserve OM3 performance and minimize attenuation.
