Kuitukaapeli ROLINE 21158631 2 m 2x LC OS2 valkoinen

The ROLINE 21158631 is a 2 m fibre optic cable with OS2 single-mode performance and 2x LC connectors on each end, offering full-duplex transmission. The white jacket provides a neutral appearance suitable for racks, patch panels and structured cabling installations where single-mode fibre is required.

Advantages

This OS2 fibre cable supports long-distance, low-loss single-mode transmission with a 9 µm core diameter and full-duplex capability. The use of 2x LC connectors ensures compact, reliable connections compatible with standard LC ports. The 2 m length is convenient for short patching runs in server rooms and network cabinets.

Suitable for

• Connecting single-mode equipment in data centres and telecom racks
• Patching between LC ports on switches, transceivers and patch panels
• Short interconnects in structured cabling where OS2 single-mode fibre is specified

How to use

Route the cable between the two LC ports to be connected, ensuring bend radius limits are respected to avoid signal loss. Insert LC connectors until they click into the sockets; check that the connectors are clean before mating. Use appropriate cable management or patch panels to secure the cable and prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, keep connector endfaces clean and avoid tight bends. Use this OS2 single-mode cable for links that require low attenuation and compatibility with single-mode transceivers and equipment rated for LC connectors.
