Lanview LVO231378 InfiniBand/kuitu-kaapeli 3 m 2x SC keltainen

The Lanview LVO231378 is a 3 m single mode fibre optic cable with 2x SC connectors, designed for high-speed data transmission in enterprise networks, telecom rooms, server farms and cloud storage environments. Compliant with OS2 standards and manufactured using LSZH cable materials, it supports full-duplex connections and is suitable for 1G/10G/40G/100G Ethernet links. The cable's yellow colour and 9 µm core diameter make it easy to identify in installations.

Advantages

This single mode patch cord offers low attenuation over long distances and is suitable for transporting data up to 10 km at 1310 nm or up to 40 km at 1550 nm. LSZH jacket material reduces smoke and toxic gas emissions in case of fire, and the standardized SC connectors provide reliable, repeatable connections compatible with common optical equipment.

Suitable for

• Enterprise network backbone connections
• Telecom rooms and patch panels
• Server farms and data centres
• Cloud storage network links
• Fiber jumper replacement and extensions

How to use

Connect each SC connector to the corresponding SC port on network devices or patch panels, ensuring proper alignment of the duplex pair. Verify that connectors and ports are clean before insertion to avoid signal loss; use appropriate dust caps and a fibre cleaning tool if necessary. Route the cable following site cable management practices to avoid tight bends and mechanical stress that could degrade optical performance.

Recommendations

Use this Lanview single mode patch cord for long-reach Ethernet links where OS2 performance is required. For optimal long-distance transmission, select the appropriate wavelength (1310 nm for up to 10 km, 1550 nm for up to 40 km) and maintain proper connector cleanliness and bend-radius compliance.
