PSG Star Flex T29 lamellilaikka 125 mm x 22,23 mm karkeus 60 INOX TLI1252260

Stainless steel fabrication demands abrasives that cut cleanly without contaminating the surface. The PSG Star Flex T29 flap disc uses zirconia alumina grain on a conical fiberglass backing to deliver aggressive material removal on INOX, steel, and non-ferrous metals while minimizing heat buildup and discoloration. Its resin-over-resin bonding and self-sharpening grain ensure consistent performance from first pass to last.

Who is it for

Metalworkers, welders, and fabricators who need a reliable disc for grinding, deburring, weld seam removal, and surface preparation on stainless steel and other metals. Suitable for angle grinders in workshops, construction sites, and maintenance operations.

Main features

• Zirconia alumina abrasive grain for high stock removal and long life

Tips

For best results on stainless steel, use a moderate angle (15–25°) and avoid excessive pressure to prevent overheating. Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including eye protection and gloves. Store discs in a dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain bonding integrity.
