Puutarhaviidakkoveitsi Fiskars 1051236 ruostumaton teräs oranssi kahva

The Fiskars 1051236 gardening machete combines a stainless steel blade with an ergonomic orange plastic handle in a 460 mm overall length designed for general garden cutting and clearing tasks. The tool is intended for slicing through vegetation, trimming undergrowth, and clearing small branches and brush in outdoor spaces. Its construction focuses on balance between blade strength and user control to support repeated use in typical yard and garden maintenance.

Advantages

The stainless steel blade provides corrosion resistance and retains a useful cutting edge for routine garden work. The ergonomic orange handle offers a secure grip and improved visibility when placed among foliage. At 460 mm length the machete gives extended reach for cutting without requiring larger, heavier tools, making it suitable for both precision cuts and broader clearing strokes.

Suitable for

• Clearing tall grasses and light brush
• Trimming vines and small woody stems
• Cutting back overgrown garden beds
• Light hedging and pathway maintenance

Key specifications

• Blade material: stainless steel
• Handle material: orange ergonomic plastic
• Total length: 460 mm
• Tool type: gardening machete for manual cutting and clearing

How to use

Hold the machete with a firm two-handed or single-handed grip depending on the required control and force. Use controlled swinging or slicing motions to cut through vegetation, aiming to let the blade do the work rather than forcing it. For thicker stems or small branches, apply steady, repeated cuts at the same spot rather than attempting a single overpowering strike. After use, wipe the blade clean and dry before storage to reduce corrosion and preserve the cutting edge.

Recommendations

Wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as gloves, long sleeves, and eye protection when using the machete. Store the tool in a dry place out of reach of children and inspect the handle and blade regularly for signs of wear or damage. Keep the blade sharpened to maintain cutting efficiency and reduce the risk of slips during use.
