ROLINE OM3 50/125µm LC/ST kuitu-jumperkaapeli 10 m

ROLINE Fibre Optic Jumper Cable OM3 50/125µm with LC and ST connectors, 10 meters long, designed for duplex high-speed data transmission in structured networks. The cable uses OM3 multimode fibres and precise connector assembly to ensure low insertion loss and good return loss. The compact conductor construction and durable outer jacket provide reliable performance in typical indoor networking environments.

Advantages

High-quality OM3 multimode fibres and well-manufactured LC and ST connectors result in stable signal transmission with low insertion loss and low reflection. Duplex configuration supports simultaneous bidirectional data flow. The cable construction includes Kevlar for tension relief and a PVC outer sheath for mechanical protection, while the compact conductor design reduces bend sensitivity.

Suitable for

• Server rooms and data centres
• Patch panels and network racks
• High-speed LAN backbone or intra-building links
• Connections between switches, routers and transceivers

Key specifications

• Fibre type: Multimode 50/125 µm, OM3
• Connectors: LC to ST
• Length: 10 m
• Cable construction: Duplex, compact conductor (fibre movable in secondary coating)
• Tension member: Kevlar
• Outer jacket: PVC, colour: turquoise
• Diameter: approximately 2.8 x 6 mm

How to use

Route the cable between network devices (for example, from switch to patch panel or transceiver) avoiding sharp bends and excessive tension. Insert the LC and ST connectors into the appropriate ports until they click or seat securely. Ensure connectors and ports are clean before connecting to minimise insertion loss. Secure cable runs with appropriate management accessories to prevent strain on the connectors and maintain performance.

Recommendations

Store and handle the jumper in a clean environment, protect connector endfaces with dust caps when not in use, and avoid bending the cable below its minimum bend radius. For best performance in high-speed applications, use with OM3-compatible transceivers and ensure connector cleanliness.
