TV DVB‑T/T2-antenni ASR IQ 5G 700 PROTECTED 2023 ZZA‑7-virtalähteellä, valmistaja Telkom Telmor

The ASR IQ 5G 700 PROTECTED 2023 is an outdoor TV antenna designed to receive DVB‑T/T2 digital terrestrial television signals in UHF and VHF frequency bands. Supplied with the ZZA‑7 power supply by Telkom Telmor, this antenna incorporates a 5G/700 MHz filtering feature to reduce interference from mobile networks operating in the 700 MHz range. The product is intended for installations at private residences or small commercial sites that require a powered antenna with improved immunity to broadband mobile signals.

Advantages

The antenna provides stable reception of digital TV signals across UHF and VHF bands while the integrated 5G filtering helps mitigate cross‑band interference from contemporary mobile networks. Inclusion of the ZZA‑7 power supply ensures reliable powering of the antenna amplifier and eliminates the need for separate external power solutions. The outdoor design and construction are suitable for typical rooftop or mast mounting, allowing better signal acquisition compared with indoor antennas.

How to use

Mount the antenna outdoors on a mast or rooftop at a location with clear line of sight toward the broadcast transmitters. Connect the antenna coaxial cable to the input of the ZZA‑7 power supply and route the power unit indoors to the receiver side where it can be connected to the television or set‑top box. Ensure the ZZA‑7 is powered according to its instructions so the antenna amplifier receives the required voltage. After installation, perform a channel scan on the TV or tuner to detect available DVB‑T/T2 channels and adjust the antenna orientation for optimal signal strength.

Recommendations

Place the antenna as high as practical and avoid large obstacles such as tall buildings or dense foliage between the antenna and broadcast towers. Use good quality coaxial cable and weatherproof all outdoor connections to maintain long‑term reception stability. If reception issues persist, verify the power feed from the ZZA‑7 and check for local sources of interference; minor re‑aiming of the antenna may improve results.
