Verkkokaapeli BlueOptics CB-LC-LC-MMF20M 20 metriä monimuotopatchkaapeli

The BlueOptics CB-LC-LC-MMF20M 20 Meter Multimode Patch Cable is a 20 m fiber patch cable with LC connectors on both ends, designed for multimode networks. It provides a reliable optical connection for short- to medium-range links in data centers, server rooms and office network installations. The cable is intended for high-speed data transmission where multimode fiber is specified and supports typical multimode applications between switches, routers and active equipment.

Advantages

This multimode patch cable offers stable optical performance and low insertion loss due to precision LC terminations. Its 20 metre length provides flexibility for rack-to-rack and room-to-room cabling without the need for splices. The cable jacket and connector boots are built for regular handling in professional environments, delivering consistent signal quality and longevity under normal installation conditions.

How to use

Route the multimode patch cable between the two LC-compatible ports on your network devices, ensuring correct polarity for duplex connections. Insert LC connectors firmly into the device ports until they click into place. Avoid tight bends and sharp kinks along the run; maintain the manufacturer's recommended minimum bend radius for multimode fiber. After installation, verify optical link status and signal levels with appropriate test equipment if precise measurement is required.

Recommendations

Store and handle the cable to prevent excessive bending or tensile stress. Use cable management and labeling for longer runs and patch panels to maintain organized connections and simplify troubleshooting. For multimode links longer than typical building runs or where higher bandwidth per distance is required, evaluate the appropriate fiber type and transceiver classes for compatibility.
