Patch-paneeli 1U ShiverPeaks BS75060

The ShiverPeaks BS75060 is a 1U metal patch panel engineered for neat and reliable network cabling. Designed to fit standard 19-inch racks, this compact panel provides eight RJ‑45 ports compatible with Cat6 cabling to support structured local area network installations. Its durable construction and grey finish make it suitable for server rooms, data closets and communication cabinets where space efficiency and consistent connector layout are required.

Advantages

This patch panel offers a space-saving 1U form factor and a sturdy metal chassis that resists wear in continuous operation. The use of RJ‑45 ports compatible with Cat6 helps maintain signal integrity for supported Ethernet standards, while the compact dimensions allow simple integration into existing rack systems. The grey finish provides a neutral appearance that coordinates with common rack equipment.

Suitable for

• Structured cabling in small to medium enterprise network racks
• Server rooms and telecommunications cabinets
• Patch bays for office LAN and VoIP deployments
• Data closets where rack space efficiency is needed

Key specifications

• Form factor: 1U rack-mount patch panel
• Connector type: RJ-45 ports (8 positions)
• Cable category support: Cat6 compatible
• Material: metal chassis for durability
• Finish: grey
• External dimensions: 160 mm (width) × 45 mm (height) × 108 mm (depth)

How to use

Install the patch panel into a standard 19-inch rack using appropriate rack screws and cage nuts, aligning the panel within a 1U space. Terminate Cat6 cables to the rear IDC or punch-down points following T568A or T568B wiring standards and verify each connection with a cable tester. Route and secure incoming and outgoing cables with cable ties or horizontal managers to preserve bend radius and reduce strain on RJ‑45 jacks. Label ports as required to maintain clear port identification and facilitate moves, adds, and changes.

Recommendations

Maintain proper cable management and avoid exceeding recommended cable bend radii to ensure optimal Cat6 performance. Use a cable tester after installation to confirm continuity and pairing, and consider combining the panel with patch cords of matching category to preserve network performance.
